Easy Chicken Biscuits Dish
Good mornin' magnolia buds! How are ya doing today? I hope good, very, very good! If you've read my about me, [HERE], you know that I am a horrible, no good, very bad cook. So bad, I can't tell you how many times we have had to throw out my dinners and start over again at 730 at night. At the time, I am extremely frustrated but now, looking back, it's a little comical. I mean how hard can it be to cook? So finding EASY, SIMPLE, FOOL PROOF recipes are a MUST for me! So today I am going to share with you one of my hubs favorite dishes I make and that is good for a heavy, winter dinner! I got this recipe from a family I babysit for and it smelt so yummy, my mouth was watering. Ingredients: 1 grab and eat rotisserie chicken 2 C shredded monetary back cheese 1 can of cream of chicken soup 1 C milk 2 cans of pillsbury biscuits Directions: Tear & shred your rotisserie chicken into a large mixing bowl. Add your shredded cheese. Roll out your Pillsbury biscuits and separate them into their triangles. Take a scoop of your chicken mixture and place on the larger end of triangle. Roll it up and place into a 9x13 pan. Continue with all triangles until mixture is all gone. In a separate bowl, mix can of soup and milk. Pour over top your biscuits. Cover your pan with foil and bake for 30 minutes or until biscuits are cooked thoroughly on 350°. I like to serve with a vegetable & mashed potatoes to make it a large meal. Hope you all enjoy this meal! Talk soon! XX.
