Guest Room Challenge: Week Three Update

Well it's the end of week three and I'm getting down to the wire of finishing the guest room! I am still debating on a headboard so that has not been completed. BUT I did buy a few items for the space so I need to update you guys on that and show you the painted dresser and nightstand!! 

So let's get to that first! I LOVE the color they turned out to be and were such a QUICK & CHEAP fix!

I can't wait to do the 'official' pictures for the space! This dresser is just going to shine!

You may notice the room isn't in the form I was planning. I changed it all up and decided to say adios to the iron door! I think once the room is all decorated, I'll Like the layout even more. I love waking up to a scene outside which is the perfect set up here! 

As I mentioned earlier, I did buy a few things for the space, such as, a throw pillow, sheets and a down comforter! So let's take a look at the budget!

Beginning Budget: $100

Bed: $0

Dresser & Nightstand: $0

Paint for Both: $12

Wicker Chair: $0

Stain For Chair: $0

Bed Sheets: $12

Down Comforter: $30

Throw Pillow: $5

Total Spent: $59

Remaining Budget: $41

So I have $41 to get my headboard completed, 2 lampshades, curtain rod brackets and any extra decor! Do y'all think I'll be able to do it? Im sure hoping so!!!! See you all next week for my final week to complete the space!!!!
